Wouldn't it be nice if Citizens had the ability to create our own National Laws, for the purpose of Forcing DC to be Patriotic. We could prevent Treatys that trump our rights given us by the Constitution, or Force them to Balance the Budget. Here in Florida, We the Citizens can cause an Initiave to be placed on the ballot, for the Citizens to decide on. We use it, when we cant get our representatives to create the bill and turn it into Law for our benefit.
